Hand-cut ribbons, braised short rib ragù, shaved aged pecorino, cracked pepper, finished with a splash of the braising wine.

Pan-seared diver scallops, fennel & parsnip purée, crispy guanciale, pickled apple, brown butter.
Bistecca alla Fiorentina, 32 oz
Wood-fired for two. Charred radicchio, roasted garlic, rosemary, Tuscan olive oil, sea salt from Trapani.

The terrace stays open until midnight. Jazz trio Thursday through Saturday. Full menu until 10, late-night plates until 11:30. The fire burns until the last glass is poured.

Lume opened on East Atlantic to do one thing well: a short Italian menu, pulled from the kitchens we grew up in, and served the way our grandmother would have served it — slower, warmer, with real candles on every table. Thank you for coming. If we didn't get it right, tell us before you leave. We'll fix it.
